West Bin

Bin had to be collected six days early due failure on my behalf of organising a permit. Called to discuss possible compensation, which I received rude and short response. I expected this would be the case and checked westbin website to see if advice was provided re permit purchase, failed to find it, was not in FAQ and the site Terms & conditions did not load. In addition, not advised over phone during purchase to make sure I should have a permit.The administrator/receptionist simply told me over the phone that they did their job of providing the bin, that westbin does not provide customer service or advice, she admitted she knew I required a permit but failed to tell me. This is not a relationship business, purely a short term transaction business, not overly ethical. In a friendly way I advised I would take more care to research these matters, although encouraged westbin to provide customer service and information, to which I was rudely told that westbin does not do customer service.Drivers were good, bin was good. Lady on phone had thick accent and sounded quite new with dealing with people. Think she will learn from now on.

My elderly mother (82) rang these guys when they came and picked up a small bin the day after they dropped it off. The way the arrogant woman spoke to my mother was just unbelievable. I then rang a few days later to try and see if it was just my mother reading the situation wrong. I can tell you definitely not. I was met with the same hostility from what i guess is the same arrogant woman.

5 stars isn't enough for this company. Impeccable service from start to finish, reliable, competitive rates and always able to help. No need to look any further. Thanks West Bin

I can't believe I'm back here giving a bad review, years after the fact. I was absolutely furious with this company and their manager when I ordered a bin back around 2010 (yes, about 7/8 years ago). I ordered one of their larger bins and it cost me a fortune. At the time, the lady did not mention how long the bin would stay for. Previously I've had to call them to remove the bin after 2 weeks or so and just expected it to be the same. I ordered the bin which arrived mid week expecting to fill it in the week end. However, 3 days later it was removed empty from the property in the morning. I did not hear the truck arrive and the driver had not come to the door. It was just picked up and taken.I called and was very polite, seeing the humour of the driver taking away an empty bin I'd paid about $600 for. However, my light heartened attitude was quickly quashed by the stone cold and abusive lady at the other end.Oh hello

Extremely happy with the prompt delivery.....from start to finish the service has been amazing has catered for beyond our needs will definitely recommend and will no doubt use them again in the future.....thank you to everyone at West Bins

When i called them there office was very accommodating . The bin was put exactly where i wanted it which made the job a whole lot easier .I also rang them to extend the pickup date and there was no extra charge we will defiantly be using West Bin again.

Reliable, friendly staff that are easily approachable. We had a last minute order that needed a large skip bin and the staff made it a quick and easy process! Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a skip bin !!
