Dumpster rental service

Bin had to be collected six days early due failure on my behalf of organising a permit. Called to discuss possible compensation, which I received rude and short response. I expected this would be the case and checked westbin website to see if advice was provided re permit purchase, failed to find it, was not in FAQ and the site Terms & conditions did not load. In addition, not advised over phone during purchase to make sure I should have a permit.The administrator/receptionist simply told me over the phone that they did their job of providing the bin, that westbin does not provide customer service or advice, she admitted she knew I required a permit but failed to tell me. This is not a relationship business, purely a short term transaction business, not overly ethical. In a friendly way I advised I would take more care to research these matters, although encouraged westbin to provide customer service and information, to which I was rudely told that westbin does not do customer service.Drivers were good, bin was good. Lady on phone had thick accent and sounded quite new with dealing with people. Think she will learn from now on.

Absolutely 5 stars. The bins are great and moveable which makes life on site and tight jobs great. Miguel and Cameron go above and beyond every time. Great communication and great lads.

Convenience of moving the bin where you want it.

Cam sent me a text the night prior to let me know he would be delivering the skip between 8:00 - 8:15. Can was on time, helpful and friendly. The skip was easily moved into the most convenient position for us without any risk of dragging it across our exposed agg driveway. I would recommend this service highly and will only use this service in the future.

Great serviceVery impressed with dealings

Second time using this service. Terrific communication, skip placed where wanted. Being on wheels there is no damage to the lawn, and being covered with a padlock nobody fills your bin before you get chance.

My elderly mother (82) rang these guys when they came and picked up a small bin the day after they dropped it off. The way the arrogant woman spoke to my mother was just unbelievable. I then rang a few days later to try and see if it was just my mother reading the situation wrong. I can tell you definitely not. I was met with the same hostility from what i guess is the same arrogant woman.

I'm extremely happy with the prompt delivery of the Mobile Skip for my garden clean up. Being able to have the bin placed in a convenient spot for ease of use was a bonus too. Having lockable lids was great too, no drop ins from pesky sneaky people. Cameron was on time with delivery and pick up, was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be using Mobile Skips again for future clean ups. I thoroughly recommend Mobile Skips and I will be sharing with family and friends.

I live in a strata complex that has enforceable restrictions to the common area.I can fit the skip in my garage, close the roller door and get on with the job.Cameron and Miguel have been accommodating to my ever changing needs.My renovations have taken longer than expected with major hurdles along the way.Just Awesomeness
